Susan Martin,MBA,CFP®

Susan began her career as a financial advisor in the late 90's at a wire house brokerage firm, which is where she met Tom and William.  Although they went their separate ways building careers differently, they kept in touch.  Susan spent 19 years with pension fund giant TIAA, with her last role advising High Net Worth clients as a Wealth Management Advisor.  With a background and expertise in interpreting 403b and 457b retirement plans, Susan has helped thousands of people in higher ed, k-12 and cultural organizations understand plan rules all while weighing their retirement income and investment options through financial planning.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Martin has a degree in International Economics and Master of Business Administration from Central Missouri State University.  With over 20 years of experience, Susan holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 Licenses and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

 Susan joined William and Tom again in 2022, as they embarked on creating an independent firm leading relationships with a financial plan.  She enjoys volunteering with the Church of the City Wrap Around Ministry that assists families as they foster or adopt children and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).  Susan grew up in West Tennessee and lives with her husband Freddie, daughter Malynn and dog Champion in Franklin, Tennessee.
